Do we need a large AI budget to start?
No. The roadmap shows where a small, measurable pilot can prove value before a larger investment, and where no AI is needed at all.
Is this tied to a particular AI vendor?
No. We compare models, platforms and off-the-shelf tools against your requirements for quality, cost, data handling and lock-in, and recommend what fits.
Does the roadmap cover the EU AI Act and GDPR?
It identifies where AI use is likely to create obligations, such as telling people they are interacting with an AI system, and where personal data is processed. It is an engineering and operational assessment, not legal advice, and we work alongside your legal counsel.
Can you also implement the roadmap?
Yes. HUB can build the pilot and later phases, or your own team or another vendor can use the roadmap as a specification.
