Check a product page’s
structured data
Enter a product page address. HUB reads its Product and Offer markup field by field, checks it against the visible page and shows what to fix first.
Check a product page
Why it matters
Product data that
software can trust
Search engines, shopping features and AI assistants compare products on price, availability, brand, identifiers, delivery and returns. Structured data states those facts in a form software can read, but only helps when it is complete and matches the page.
Core fields
Name, image, price and currency. Without them a product cannot be shown with an offer.
Comparison fields
Availability, brand, GTIN or MPN and a specific description let systems match and compare the same product across stores.
Merchant fields
Shipping details and return policy answer “can I get it in time, and can I send it back?”
Consistency
The price in the markup should appear on the page. Google requires structured data to be a true representation of the page content.
What this check cannot see
Markup added only by JavaScript, Merchant Center feeds and catalog-wide gaps. For rendered markup use Google’s Rich Results Test; for the whole catalog, a feed or database review. Sources: Google product structured data, structured data guidelines.
Questions
About the
schema checker
Found gaps on one page? The same template usually produces them on every product.
Which page should I check?
A typical product page, ideally one with variants and one on sale. Different product types often use different templates.
Why is my score low when Google shows rich results?
Rich results need only some fields. This check also weighs the comparison and merchant data that AI-driven shopping relies on.
Does it support variants?
Yes. When a ProductGroup declares variants, the first variant’s offer is checked together with the shared product data.
Is anything saved?
No. HUB does not save the address or the result.
What does your software
need to do next?
A new build, a difficult codebase or a system that needs support. Let’s talk.
