AI Automation & Agents
AI that does
the actual work.
Build assistants, document workflows, knowledge systems and custom agents that connect to the tools your business already uses.
The work
AI Automation & Agents
We start with a repeatable workflow, a clear owner and examples of a correct result. Then we build the integration, evaluate the output and decide where a person must stay in control.
Knowledge & search
Internal assistants and AI-powered search grounded in approved information, with access controls and source references.
Documents & content
Extract, classify and prepare documents or content for review. Validate structured output and handle uncertain results.
Agents & tool integrations
Connect APIs and MCP tools with bounded permissions, explicit write actions, timeouts and recoverable failure paths.
Business automation
Join existing systems, route exceptions and make workflow runs observable to the people operating them.
What you receive
A working pilot with representative evaluation cases, documented integrations, access boundaries, cost controls and an operating guide. Scale only after its quality is demonstrated.
How we deliver
What happens between
the brief and the release
AI accelerates implementation. Our engineers control context, architecture, acceptance and the release.
- 01 /
Understand
Business goals, codebase, constraints.
- 02 /
Design
Architecture, scope, acceptance criteria.
- 03 /
Build with agents
Bounded tasks, context and version control.
- 04 /
Verify
Automated tests and human review.
- 05 /
Operate
Deploy, monitor and plan for recovery.
A practical starting point
Start with the
actual problem.
Pick one workflow. Tell us its inputs, desired outputs, volume, systems involved and the decisions that require human approval.
Should every step use an LLM?
No. Deterministic rules and conventional code are often better for exact validation, calculations and known transformations. We use models where their flexibility is useful.
Can the agent change business records?
Where the agreed workflow requires it, with scoped access, validation and approval for consequential actions. We define those boundaries before connecting write tools.
How do you measure quality?
We create representative test cases, define acceptable outputs with the workflow owner and track failure patterns, cost and processing time.
What does your software
need to do next?
A new build, a difficult codebase or a system that needs support. Let’s talk.
